This is the 2021 Esporte Clube Bahia LGBT (or LGBTricolor) shirt.
The Salvador-based Brazilian side have long been involved in inclusivity, hence the said LGBTricolor initiative which appears on this supporter release in the form of special logo.
The shirt design has the look of a Bahia change shirt with coloured stripes - collectively, forming the iconic rainbow flag - separated with white thinner stripes/gaps.
