These are the new Fortuna Düsseldorf Home, Away and Alternative (third) shirts.
The 2021-22 shirts are by adidas and delivered via 11teamsports for the German side’s upcoming 2. Bundesliga campaign.
The primary shirt is in red with white, the secondary largely the reverse and the tertiary in black and grey - the latter two of the same template.

While the Home shirt is relatively simple - white trim and detailing on a red base - the Away includes wavy, red horizontal striping on white and sees the trim and adidas branding appear in black. The crest and main sponsor, however, keep to the traditional dual-colour palette.
The “Alternative” shirt, on the other hand, has no red whatsoever - converting the crest to black and white - and the focal point is the modern patterning on the trunk.
Each shirt carries “DÜSSELDORF” and the year of formation (1895) on the upper back, and each shirt will be worn with matching shorts and socks - creating three nominally one-colour kits.
