These are the new Kashima Antlers Home and Away shirts.
The 2022 designs from Nike consist of a red primary release with navy and grey trim, and a white shirt with graphical sublimation for the change.
The Japanese J1 League side’s Home carries the crest in full colour - as does the Away, along with the golden “FOOTBALL DREAM” legend - and boasts a navy stripe down each side of the trunk which continues onto the grey shorts.

That kit is completed with navy and red socks, while the aforementioned grey patterning on the “Victory White” shirt is inspired by the roof of the Romon gate at the Kashima Shrine. That shirt forms a full outfit with white shorts and socks, and trim throughout is in red.
Partner logos contrast on both shirts, with, when required, navy being used in preference to black, but the standout feature on the backs is undoubtedly the iconic Yellow Hat Stetson.
