This is the special Lech Poznań Centenary shirt by Macron.
The Polish side have released the retro design - which nods to both Lech’s return to top-flight football in the 1970s and a historic victory over Athletic Bilbao in the European Cup - in line with next year’s de facto hundredth birthday.
The white central stripe suggests the team from a now half century ago, while the “LECH” lettering harks back to the Polish Ekstraklasa side’s first leg win against the then champions of Spain (who would go on to advance on aggregate).

Boasting a neat, laced-style collar and matching cuffs, the shirt also has a pinstripe effect, a special crest (with “100”/infinity logo) and Macron’s “Hero” logo in white, and the limited production of 1922 is being delivered in a presentation box.
There is another commemorative detail on the upper back, denoting the official registration of Lech (as KS Lutnia Dębiec) in 1922, and the shirt will be worn in the match with Jagiellonia Białystok on 19th March 2022 - most likely forming a kit with the standard Home shorts and socks.
