Japanese J1 League side Shimizu S-Pulse have unveiled their special edition, 2021 "Shimizu Minato Matsuri" shirt.
To be worn in three games in August, the design is a collaboration with Shimizu's foremost summer festival.
The Puma “CRAFTED BY DESIGN” creation - in basic terms, blue stylised stripes on an orange base - represents the sea fireworks of the festival, the sea at night and, within the stripes, the structure of the famous telpher crane at the port.

The curved element lower down doubles up as a reference to Shimizu Minato Matsuri’s logo and the famous globe design usually present on S-Pulse shirts.
Most likely to be worn with the standard orange Home shorts and socks, the shirt carries the usual partner branding and the crest - all in full colour.
