Following the Italy 2009 Confederations Cup home kit, these are the brand new Limited Edition Puma king XL Italia football Boots. These boots will be worn by Italian players such as Buffon and Camoranesi during the 2009 Confederations Cup in South Africa.

XL - the Roman numeral for 40 is a tribute to the 4 decades of football boots that Puma have made for legends such as Pele, Maradonna and Eusebio.

BTW, that was not a cuss word - it is pronounced \'dyckies\" and is the fact round color inside a v-neck shirt.

Well, heard it is just for the Confederations Cup, so if it really does wind up looking strange out there - brown and blue (?) - then it is likely by fall Italy will be back to more standard azure and no earth tones. Actually, Puma/Italy did do it right by going creative for a short-term project like a tournament instead of going off the deep end for a kit that sometimes lasts two years. (Remember the \"superhero\" ****ies on Italy\'s away kit?? circa 2007-2008...ugh!)
