Bristol City have announced that fans can submit ideas for their 2014-15 Home kit design. For further details visit our sister site, DesignFootball.com.

The club will be accepting submissions, in written or graphic form, until the end of 7th October 2013 and these will inform to some extent the released kit.

Bristol City have not made clear whether the kit will continue to be produced by adidas, as this season's, or if it will be self-manufactured in a similar manner to this season's Roma shirts.  They have also made no announcement regarding whether or not the Blackthorn logo will remain on the shirt front.

    So, in other words what this means is that Bristol fans have the opportunity to design a football kit that better look an awful lot like an adidas template. Clever way to market if you pay close attention to the wording, "these will inform to some extent the released kit", which basically means "we're going with another adidas template that looks ever so slightly like one of the thousands of submitted designs".
