This appears to be the new Manchester United 24/25 Home shirt by adidas.
The “leak”, from “jerseyreview” on IG and Mr Jersey on X, shows a 2024-25-season design in tones of red - incorporating a gradient - and minimal trim and partner logos/branding, including that of new sponsor “Snapdragon”, in white.

The crest is in full colour and the English Premier League giants first-choice kit will be completed with complementing shorts and socks.
