This is the Alles Door Oefening (ADO) Den Haag 2023-24-season home shirt by Erreà.

The new primary design in yellow with heavy green embellishment is inspired by the equivalent worn between 1986 and 1989.

The crest is in full colour and the Dutch Eerste Divisie side’s kit for next season has already been debuted, combining the new shirt with yellow shorts and socks.

It's a drunken fuelled effort of a kit.
Seems alright when you've got the beers in but in the cold light of day afterwards there would be some regrets to be had.

The two in the back are wearing the standard jersey for adults The youth jersey can't have a gambling sponsor (would be my guess). The older guy on the right is wearing the original jersey that this new one replicates (see the different collar and technical sponsor/manufacturer).
