AFC Bournemouth have revealed their new Home kit for the 22/23 Premier League season.

The bold new red and black jagged stripe Umbro design is inspired by and reflective of the club’s architectural stadium pillars.

The striking new home kit also gives a nod to the past in the style of the iconic kits from the early nineties.

The home shirt is made from moisture wicking polyester micro eyelet fabric, and features a crossover v neck, red sleeves with contrasting black cuffs, and AFCB initialling on the rear of the neck.

Finished with the iconic Cherries club crest on the chest alongside Umbro's stacked diamond logo, and the Dafabet

I feel bad for Bournemouth to be wearing this kit. Its like they do not have a clear direction as to where to go or what to do. The stripes are all over the place.

Loses half a mark for the sponsor, which is a real disappointment, though I was pleased to see I can buy a sponsorless version on the club site. Definitely not as good as some of our recent designs, although not terrible, and glad the pattern continues on the back.

At least it aint a boring bland shirt like many other premier league teams have and only downside is the sponser like the other ppl have said so just kick out them darn betting sponsers because they ruin some nice shirts

Plus points go to the fact that the zigzags are on the reverse and that it is an attempt at something more eye-catching and noticeable.

“Inspired by the pillars of Dean Court”!? a stadium they don’t even own. It’s a bit of a mess really, and it’s a shame because the contrast of black and red stripes can be one of the most striking shirts, yet Umbro have managed to ruin it this season.
