I noticed alot of retentives like using the term 'template' . When each season they are basically modifications of a template . But im sure ive seen this style and colour of adidas kit with different club badge on it a 100 times in the past few years as 3rd kits etc

Can someone please please explain, how the diamond print symbolises ' the distinct philosophy of scouting and talant devolpmenr ' WTF is that about ? The shirt itself is OK and looks great with a baseball cap.!!!
