To be worn in warmups by both the men’s and women’s teams in upcoming fixtures, this Arsenal Ian Wright Pre-Match shirt has been unveiled by adidas.
Celebrating Gunners legend Wright, and designed in collaboration with him, the black-and-white creation incorporates imagery from the former number 8’s career with the north London club.
While the “Emirates [-] Fly Better” branding is in white outlined in black, gold is used for the adidas logo and the crest, nodding to Wright’s Golden Boot win in 1992 and, of course, the former striker’s iconic gold tooth.
