AS Monaco and Kappa have unveiled a limited-edition jersey inspired by the kit worn during the club’s historic 1959/1960 season, when they secured their first major trophy, the Coupe de France.
This release commemorates the centenary season by celebrating Monaco’s 4-2 victory over AS Saint-Etienne on 15 May 1960 at the Stade Olympique Yves-du-Manoir. Featuring red-and-white stripes and a white V-neck, the jersey captures the essence of the original design while incorporating modern details.
The shirt showcases gold accents on the Club crest and Kappa logos. This significant design marked the era just before the introduction of the iconic diagonal kit.
