Atlanta United have revealed their third kit, known as 'The 404 Kit,' drawing inspiration from Atlanta's vibrant 1990s era and paying tribute to the city's rich historical and cultural roots.
The design of 'The 404 Kit' showcases blue and green graffiti-style lettering of ATL and UTD on a black shirt. The use of blue signifies Atlanta's limitless possibilities, green symbolises the creative spirit that characterised the 1990s and pushed boundaries within the city, while black represents the enduring historical significance of Atlanta.
The shirt's back neck tag carries the phrase "Atlanta Influences Everything," serving as both a declaration for the city and a statement of the creative lifestyle embraced by its residents. The inside neck label pays homage to car culture, music, and the youth who played a pivotal role in historically black colleges and universities, igniting a cultural movement on the streets of Atlanta.
