Inspired by the artwork from local artist Ryan Henry Ward, Ballard FC launched the ‘Henry Kit!’
Henry partnered with Ballard FC to create a mural at Reuben’s Brews Taproom in November 2021 illustrating an array of his famous characters joining together to watch a match while raising a few beers for a toast.
To celebrate Henry’s artwork, Ballard FC has collaborated with the artist, replicating his famous soccer mural to create a ‘Henry Kit,’ which will be worn by the team for the May 30th game!

To further honor Henry and his impact, Ballard FC has made the May 30th game ‘Henry’ themed, making it the first themed game of many to be celebrated this season.
Henry painted over 300 murals throughout his career. His murals are incredibly vibrant, full of bright colors, and creatures, each representing the distinct way that he sees the world. His murals can be found all throughout Seattle and, through his art, Henry has made Ballard a much more lively and fun city.
