Barnsley FC have unveiled their new home, away, and third kits in collaboration with renowned designer Colm Dillane from Kid Super and Director Julie Anne Quay, in partnership with Puma, the club's official athletic partner.
The design process drew inspiration from Barnsley FC's rich history, delving into the club's badge, previous shirts, and overall heritage. Among the iconic kits, the standout was the "Shaw Carpets" kit from the 1989/1990 season, which held significance as Barnsley FC embarked on a momentous decade.
Balancing homage to the past with a vision for the future, special attention was given to Toby Tyke, the club's beloved mascot. This collaboration introduced a new badge and colour scheme for the third kit, subtly integrating Toby's face into the side panel.
