This is the new Cardiff City Third shirt by New Balance.
The Welsh side’s second change release for the 2022-23 season sees them with the option of a lilac design with tonal patterning.
Already debuted in the EFL Championship defeat to Reading FC, the shirt features an unpatterned reverse and sleeves, while the US supplier’s “NB” chest logo, the “MALAYSIA BERJAYA” wordmark in the central sponsor position and the colour-converted crest all appear in black.

Matching these is a bluebird detail on the upper back - taken from the aforementioned crest - and the shorts and socks are also lilac to complete a nominally single-coloured kit.
