Club América, of Mexico’s Liga MX, have a new home shirt for 2022-23.
The Nike design is a departure from what many will have come to expect from América designs, being formed of blue embellishment to a plain, pale-yellow base.
The club crest is simplified to keep to this minimalist palette, which nods to shirts from the 1970s, and the same is true of the partner branding - including the chest Swoosh.
Finished off with patterned neck and cuffs which nod to the side’s “Eagles” nickname, the shirt will form a kit with shorts and socks which complement the shirt’s look.
