This is the new FC Tokyo third (“3rd”) shirt by New Balance.
The black design for the Japanese J1 League side is decorated with a blue-and-red double stripe which is marketed as representing the famous Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree structures in the national capital.
Said black also nods to Gas’s metropolitan home and there is a dual-coloured print which depicts Japan National Stadium - where the shirt will be worn in September against Kyoto Sanga - with further embellishment is in white for contrast.
