Fiorentina 2022-23 Kappa Home Kit

This is the new ACF Fiorentina Home shirt by Kappa.

The 2022-23 design for the Italian Serie A side is in the famous purple, with a concentric-squares effect emanating from the new crest.

All partner branding - including the iconic Omini logos from the manufacturer - is in white, while on the reverse of the neck, similarly contrasting, is the legend “PLAY TO BE DIFFERENT”.

The KOMBAT PRO 2023 release will be combined with white shorts and purple socks to form a kit.

It's an upvote/downvote kind of shirt for me-stuck right in the middle of success and failure.

Bella! It's a bespoke design and more than just a kit, the colour and representation of the wonderful city of Firenze is what matters! Some don't like the new badge but it will be temporary (like the other twenty-odd incarnations we've had) and some would have preferred purple or black shorts, but it's how we play in this that will determine its desirability...

It reminds me of a disenchanted envelope. Colour but not substance or purpose. Think of a cross between Midge Ure and Carlton Fairweather. Yes that's right! All trousers and no mouth.

When you have such an iconic colour simplicity is the best way, look at the back of the shirt, perfect, not one of there best shirts. The front is too fussy, you just ruin what should be a perfect shirt. This should be the easiest shirt to design, don’t spoil it.

So you just wanted a plain purple shirt...? Good job you're not in charge of designing kits

Fiorentina had some of the nicest kits in the 80s and 90s, this is a piss in the ocean compared to those
