Fortaleza Esporte Clube, of Brazil’s Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, have unveiled a special shirt for the 2022 Copa Libertadores.
The new design, branded as being a product of the in-house “1918”, heavily references the legend of El Dorado, with a white base lightly decorated with a print suggesting adoration of the sun and including a map of Brazil, and this, along with red and blue flecks, emanates from the position of the recognisable crest.
The cuffs on the sleeves are in gold and the neat collar also features red and blue trim.

When the “La Dorada” shirt is worn in the Tricolor’s first pursuit of the precious prize, the side will combine it with shorts and socks which complement its stylings to form a matchday kit.
