Houston Dynamo FC have unveiled their "Still Holdin' Kit," an alternate jersey for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, celebrating the enduring spirit and pride of Houstonians who steadfastly support their city and club.
The kit is drenched in Candy Paint Purple, a nod to Houston's hip-hop culture and the stunning sunsets over Shell Energy Stadium and the cityscape. Chrome details salute the iconic candy paint Slabs, custom cars that are a hallmark of Houston's rap heritage. Additionally, orange streaks on the jersey symbolise the dynamic energy of the area and its seven million residents.
"Still Holdin'" is emblazoned on the exterior neckline, building on the "Hold It Down" campaign from 2020. The jersey also incorporates a design of Texas with the club's abbreviation and a screw symbol, pinpointing Houston's location, integrating local pride with the team's identity.
