The new Japan adidas Y-3 (Yohji Yamamoto) Away shirt has been revealed.

The white 2024 design nods to previous releases with the inclusion of flame graphics in tones of red and the crest is centrally placed and in full colour.

The German supplier’s “3-Bar” logo makes way for Japanese fashion designer Yamamoto’s aforementioned “Y-3” wordmark in black, and the change kit for the Japan Football Association’s representative side is completed with matching white shorts and socks.

Similar vibes to that West Ham shirt which they won the Conference League in. Doesn’t hit as hard as the home one. Neither shirt is great but this one is much worse because of the awkward Adidas template being front and centre in red.

The only thing I like is that they’ve committed to continuing the flame design on the shorts.

For someone who's supposed to be a fashion designer this looks like some middle school/rec league default template. And his logo is so lame, I could design 20 better logos for Y-3.
