Juventus 2022-23 Adidas Home Kit

Adidas revealed the new Juventus Home kit for the 22/23 season.

The Allianz Stadium has been the inspiration for the new Home Kit 2022/23, created by Juventus and adidas Football, which will make its home debut on Monday evening when Juventus play host to Lazio.

In particular, the kit exploits the iconic colours of Juventus, black and white, by incorporating eye-catching and innovative graphics, which take their triangular shape from the same geometric figure that is an integral part of the architectural structure of the stadium.

The design is completed with black inserts on the collar and sleeve cuffs.

No detail was spared in making this shirt look bad, right down to the over-shiny, cheap and plastic looking sponsor logo; a logo that guarantees it will start to peel off after the first wash.

A BIG no from me. I dislike footballing kit traditions being played with to fit in with modern aspirations. A kit like this should be easy to identify as Juventus. However, you could easily apply this template to other teams and nobody would even notice. A Juventus kit should be able to stand alone and become a classic shirt and not one with revamped stylings. Far too many shirts are played around with these days and the remodelling just doesn't cut it for me.
