Kilmarnock 2023-24 Hummel Away Kit

Kilmarnock 2023-24 Hummel Away Kit

Kilmarnock FC have revealed their new 23/24 away kit, drawing inspiration from the groundbreaking discovery of penicillin, made by the renowned scientist Sir Alexander Fleming during his time studying in the town.

Honouring one of the two Nobel Prize laureates educated at Kilmarnock Academy, the hummel away jersey's design incorporates the visual essence of penicillin, first discovered by Fleming in 1928. The crimson red kit features a captivating cyber blue pattern that vividly illuminates the chemical structure of the world's first antibiotic.

Beyond its striking visual appeal, the kit aims to inspire the youth in the region to embrace innovation, serving as a reminder that their contributions can leave a lasting impact on society.
