Newcastle United 24/25 Adidas Home Kit

Newcastle United 24/25 Adidas Home Kit

The 2024-25-season Newcastle United Home shirt has been revealed.

The fanfare-accompanied return of Adidas will see the English Premier League side wear a new primary design that draws inspiration from the classic 2002/03 Adidas home kit, featuring relatively simple black-and-white striping incorporated into the German supplier’s latest constructional template.

The new 2024/25 Home Kit features the 1976-1983 club crest on the back of the neck, paying a subtle tribute to the club's history. The crest is displayed in full color, while the branding of the kit supplier and the main sponsor maintain a monochrome theme. The kit is completed with black shorts and the choice of black or white socks.

The back looks awful unless you get a number on it. Cynical.

Otherwise, a dull template.

Adidas have ridden too long on the premise that conservative use of the three stripes will sell a product. They used to take risks, some spectacularly good. What happened to them?

It’s ok, isn’t it? Not amazing. That said it respects the club’s traditional kit which is hard to do much with - bit like AC and Inter Milan. All you can do is tinker around the edges.

Looks good. Happy to see Newcastle back with Adidas. Back is the only bad part of the shirt.

Giving this a low score based on the fact that the replica shirt Adidas are selling to fans has a completely different collar than the one in these pictures. Is this a normal thing that Adidas does these days? Replica tops don’t have the fancy breathable material or whatever, but usually at least look the same as the “authentic” tops the players wear. Instead they’ve just slapped on a completely different collar and charged £80 for a shirt that looks different

Because nike and adidas sell shirts for about £120 which is scandalous. And basically can buy what is a official fake for half the price. How these brands get away with it i dont know.

Not sure, but I think big brands now sell a replica for £80, but the "match"shirt that looks more like the one actually worn by players costs around £120. Go figure!

I don’t mind clubs selling more expensive “authentic” tops with fancy materials but at least make replicas look the same

It's OK. Was hoping for something a bit better. Obviously black and white stripes. Just not alot of design gone into it. And plain back is always a let down.

Nice to have Adidas back. I’d have preferred thinner stripes but this is a solid start.
