The San Jose Earthquakes have unveiled The Headliner Kit, their new primary jersey for the 2025 and 2026 MLS seasons.
Designed in collaboration with Punk rock veteran Lars Frederiksen, the adidas jersey pays tribute to the Bay Area’s punk rock culture while celebrating the club’s 51-year history. The design features a bold flyer collage incorporating headlines, handwritten elements, and distorted bitmap graphics that capture the energy of both the punk scene and the Earthquakes. The traditional black and blue colour scheme is accented with red around the collar, while El Camino Health, the team’s Official Jersey Partner, is displayed on the chest.
Lyrics from Never Say Die, the club’s official anthem written by Frederiksen, appear near the crest, reinforcing the team’s resilient identity. A Soccer for the People jock tag highlights the unbreakable connection between the club and its community. The shirt is completed with Black shorts and matching socks, forming the full kit for the upcoming season.
