Southampton F.C. have unveiled their new home kit for the 2023-24 season in collaboration with hummel, which is commemorating its 100-year anniversary.
The shirt pays homage to the iconic 1987-89 jersey while incorporating a unique twist.
The 2023/24 home shirt features the Hampshire rose, with over a thousand small roses sublimated in a diagonal pattern. At the back of the shirt, at the nape of the neck, proudly rests the Hampshire rose, symbolising the city of Southampton.
This classic design carries a special significance as each kit of the 2023/24 season celebrates a different aspect of the club crest. Under the campaign 'For the Badge,' they aim to honour and commemorate the history associated with the crest.
Black shorts with hummel's signature white chevrons and white socks adorned with red chevrons complete the kit.
