Valour Football Club, of the Canadian Premier League, have unveiled their 2024 home shirt - or “Primary Jersey”.
In white with maroon stripes - which references the look of Valour FC’s forerunning “Winnipeg Fury” side - the new Macron release’s styling is a tribute to Corporal Leo Clarke, Sergeant-Major Frederick William Hall and Lieutenant Robert Shankland, the three recipients of the Victoria Cross who lived on Pine Street and who provoked the thoroughfare’s name change to “Valour Road”.
These First World War (World War I) heroes have now been further recognised in a kit which will be completed with white shorts and maroon socks.
