This is the new Vasco da Gama Away shirt from Kappa.
The white design for 2022 boasts the famous diagonal sash - contrasting in black and bearing the iconic red croix pattée which acts as a crest - and the Italian technical sponsor’s “Omini” logos.
This example of branding is on the chest and, oddly, on the sleeves on the long-sleeved version and the sides of the trunk on the short-sleeved, while the aforementioned sash is returned to the reverse by popular demand and the said cross crest now features another cross inlay - nodding to Portuguese heritage.

The Rio-based Brazilian side will wear the shirt when a change is required and it will be augmented with further partner branding and complementary shorts and socks.
