Werder Bremen 2023-24 Hummel Home Kit

Werder Bremen 2023-24 Hummel Home Kit

Famous German Bundesliga side SV Werder Bremen have revealed their 2023-24-season Home shirt.

The new primary design sees supplier Hummel again deploying their “Mexico” template, which was most famously worn by the “Danish Dynamite” Denmark side at the Mexico ’86 World Cup, this time with one half of the trunk decorated with white and green stripes, the other with a mix of light and dark green.

The sleeves repeat this asymmetrical effect, the crest appears in standard form and the kit will be completed with white shorts and green socks.

Great design/template. However, if Nike/Adidas used the same template across their teams, they'd get it in the neck from fans saying they're 'uninventive'. While this is a nice design, it's now been used across 4/5 clubs.

Great effort and would have got another star if the design had been on the rear of the shirt.

As a kid in the 80s, loved the Hummel strips at the time, particularly this design. Should be repeated on the back. Not a fan of plain backs and not continuing the design. We didn’t have UHD in the 80s and still managed to read players numbers.

It works well, retro style and elegant. Shame about the plain back though
