The League One game between south London sides Charlton Athletic and Millwall will be held in memory of Rob Knox, 18, and Jimmy Mizen, 16.
Both teams will wear special shirts with their sponsors' names replaced by the logo of the Street Violence Ruins Lives campaign.
The teenage victims' parents, Colin and Sally Knox and Barry and Margaret Mizen, will be introduced to the fans and greet the players before the game on Saturday at Charlton's ground, The Valley.

They will wear the one-off football shirts with the names of their sons on the back.
Both sets of shirts will be auctioned after the match with proceeds going to the Rob Knox Memorial Fund and the Jimmy Mizen Foundation.
Charlton supporter Mr Knox, a talented young actor who appeared in the film Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, was stabbed to death outside a bar in Sidcup, Kent, in May last year.
Millwall fan Mr Mizen was murdered the day after his 16th birthday in May last year at a bakery in Lee, south London.
Mr and Mrs Knox said in a statement: "This idea is a fitting tribute to the lives of Rob and Jimmy. Rob was a passionate Charlton Athletic fan and if this initiative stops even just one other young person from dying at the hands of street violence then it will be a huge success. We want to use this game to once again urge the Government to introduce tougher laws for those caught carrying a knife."
Mr and Mrs Mizen added: "Both football clubs should be applauded for the way they are setting an example across the football community to increase awareness of this problem.
