Costa Rica sign New Balance Kit deal

Hot on the heels of New Balance's first foray into international team kit manufacture, with Panama, the Federación Costarricense de Fútbol has announced a technical sponsorship with the US supplier.

New Balance - rebranding and parent of the oft-controversial Warrior Football mark - will provide all kit for every Costa Rica national team, after negotiations were declared to demonstrate a sharing of values between the two parties.

The American growing player in the world of kit design committed to supporting Costa Rican goals across both genders and all forms of the game - something other companies interested in taking over from the Lotto contract could not offer.

The eight-year (minimum) deal is hoped to augment Costa Rica's recent footballing resurgence on the Central-American and world stage.

Thx 4 comment. I tried to make this model based on 99/00, with the shadow stripes, and at the end it was totally different than I imagined to do.

the style is good, but you have to really look at the shirt to make the crest out. Other than the crest and the collar, the rest of this is pretty good, and the shadow stripes look nice too. 7.5/10

Its alright but I think the blue is too dark. Looks like an LA Galaxy kit. I think either the crest or the old CFC crest are preferable to just the one you have as well.
