The German Football Association (DFB) has declared that from 2027, Nike will take over as their official kit supplier, concluding a longstanding relationship with adidas.
Announced on Thursday, Nike will outfit all German national teams until 2034, after presenting the most competitive financial bid. DFB President Bernd Neuendorf highlighted that this new partnership with Nike would support the DFB's key objectives, particularly in terms of advancing football across Germany, for the forthcoming decade.
Germany's national teams have donned adidas apparel during their victorious World Cup campaigns from 1954 through to 2014. The last agreement extension with Adidas was in 2019, extending their partnership until the end of 2022.
