The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) has signed a promotion deal with Nike sportswear company of an undisclosed value. However, at a function at the Manchester United Bar in downtown Jakarta, PSSI secretary general Nugraha Besoes described it as "10 times bigger than our agreement with our previous partner Adidas."
Nike will supply the Indonesian national team shirt for the U-15, U-20, U-23, senior mens and womens and futsal teams until 2011 as well as providing footballs for the Indonesian League and Copa Indonesia. It will also be involved in youth football talent development.
Nike Indonesia country director Raymond Chew pledged to give the national team a bonus if it wins the ASEAN Football Federation Championship commencing next week.

PSSI has also reportedly promosed a similar bonus but threatens to sack national coach Peter Withe if the team doesn't reach the final.
