France U-21 1982 player shirt by Adidas believed to have been match worn in an U-21 friendly match against Wales played at Stade de l'Aube, Troyes on the 24th February 1982.
The match ended in a stalemate with the two sides cancelling each other out and the scoreline remaining at 0-0. In the France team on the night were future full internationals Luis Fernandez, Anziani, Lemoult, Zanon, Le Roux and Monaco legend Claude Puel while Ian Rush led the line for the Welsh.
This famous design was used by the senior side at the 1978 World Cup but was kept on for longer by the youth teams.
