Belgium 1986-89 player shirt by Adidas believed to have been issued to or worn by a #5 between 1986-89.
This design was first worn at the Mexico 1986 World Cup when the side scraped through the group stages but then defeated the Soviet Union and Spain to reach the Semi-Finals where they were beaten by a Maradona-inspired Argentina. It then saw action in both qualification for Euro '88 and the 1990 World Cup.
