van Tiggelen returned to Holland in '91 after 5 years with Anderlecht. The full back helped the side to the Eredivisie title in his first season and despite being 35 he kept his place in the Holland squad for Euro '92 after starring at Euro '88 and Italia '90 also. van Tiggelen remained at the Philips Stadion until '94 and retired after one last season with Dordrecht'90.
