The game saw two own goals scored in three minutes in a frantic last 15 minutes, with Germany eventually winning 2-1 thanks to a Jurgan Klinsmann strike.
Moller played the full 90 minutes and would feature throughout the final tournament in England where the side memorably triumphed, with Moller's celebration after netting the winning penalty against the hosts in the Semi-Final one of the Championships iconic images.
