Cork City 1992-93 home shirt by adidas as worn when Cork won the League of Ireland in entertaining fashion. After the regular season was completed, Cork sat level on points with Bohemians and Shelbourne, meaning a Championship Play-Off was needed. Amazingly, all three teams finished on four points in the Play-Offs after they all won one, lost one and drew two. This resulted in another Play-Off where Cork beat Bohemians 1-0 and Shelbourne 3-2 to secure their first League of Ireland title.
