Kappa 1987-89 Ajax Match Worn Home Shirt

Ajax 1987-89 player shirt by Kappa believed to have been match worn by Mühren between 1987-89. Mühren rejoined the club he previously played for 1971-74 in the summer of '85 from Manchester United.

Ajax again reached the Final of the Cup Winners Cup in '88 but were shocked by Belgian outfit KV Mechelen while in both campaigns they finished runners-up in the Eredivisie. Mühren played a key role in the famous Euro 88 triumph during this time to extend his incredible trophy haul to the international scene. At club level he is one of only six players who have won all of the international club competitions.
