Yoo Sang-chul played the full match in the heart of the midfield. The midfielder was in a purple patch and was the K-League top scorer in '98 after a prolific campaign with Ulsan Hyundai. He was a stalwart of the Korean team from 1994-05 making 124 appearances. Korea lost all of their group games at France 98 and this was the only match they played in this blue shirt.
