The red and white striped, shield-shaped pennant is embroidered with the Atletico Madrid crest and reads "EL CLUB ATLETICO DE MADRID AL TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR F.C. ROTTERDAM 15-V-63."
The back features a label from the manufacturer "Viaje Deportes Tomoor C. Penalver, 15 Madrid." The pennant measures 48cm by 37cm and shows some minor marks and stains on the upper section near the hanging bar and on the reverse.
