This is the new Matsumoto Yamaga 2019 home shirt by Adidas.

The new kit will be worn during the 2019 Meiji Yasuda J1 League season, which is the 27th season of the top Japanese professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1993.

The picture used here is a little out of date, as the kit designers responded to fans' requests to re-position the main sponsor logo. The newer version slightly improves on what we see here.

Adidas is being boring in order to stand out among other Japanese kits? I don't think that's a good strategy.
