Nottingham Forest 16/17 Adidas Home Kit

This is the new Nottingham Forest 16/17 Home football Kit by Adidas.

The new 2016-17 adidas shirt sees Forest revert back to their red and white colours following last season’s anniversary kit.

Forest’s new home shirt takes design inspiration from the iconic 1984-86 adidas kits through the introduction of hoops. The clean-printed, tonal hoop design on the front panel provides a fresh look that is complimented by a classic white, ribbed grandad collar. The traditional look with a modern twist is completed with the combination of white shorts and red socks.

The shirt and shorts feature ventilated adidas climacool® technology, designed to keep players and fans cool and dry throughout the match.
ANY Adidas shirt could be improved ten fold if they used the old Adidas logo. This shirt would look better if the stripes ran vertically.
The old trefoil logo you refer to is part of the adidas originals branding. This shirt is made by adidas performance and as such has their branding.
Originals is a fashion lifestyle brand, performance is sports wear and are emblazoned as such.

Nice shirt but could lose the button down neck for round... As usual the sponsor is a big turn-off!

"The hoops represent those that Fawaz Al Hasawi regularly has to jump through after failing to pay the bills and ending up in the High Court, as well as the hoop earrings worn by his wife".

I'm not overly mad on it, always thought that Umbro made much nicer kits for Forest

Typical template tripe. I wonder if adidas even know that they supply these kits or if they are just ordered out of a catalogue. I have seen Sunday league teams in this strip.

Yeah I can see the logic in most sponsors opting for a discrete presence..... :-*

Very happy with that - whilst we have no manager, no exec team and no idea on the pitch, we do have a very tidy return to the Garibaldi. Smart, uncluttered and infinitely better than the sheep botherers.

A smart kit, nothing too crazy which I imagine Forest fans are quite happy about given some of Adidas' other recent attempts at a red shirt (e.g. Boro home!)

And is it me, or does the combination of the white collar and stripes with the red give it something of a British Lions feel?
