This shirt, based on the Kappa FC Barcelona 1992-95 Home design, has been released by football kit aficionado Neal Heard’s “Lover’s F.C.” as part of the fashion brand’s collaboration with Imperial Brands’ “Rizla” cigarette/joint rolling paper operation.
In blue, white and red, the “BlauRouge Jersey” - nodding to Barça’s “Blaugrana” nickname - features a taping effect on the shoulders and sleeves that sees Kappa’s “Omini” logos replaced with the Rizla cross.
This emblem is also used for the crest, in gold, white and black, and the brand’s wordmark also features as a sponsor - departing from the Catalan team’s sponsorless look in the 1990s.
