Bolton Wanderers have unveiled their new home kit for the 2023-24 season, drawing inspiration from the Whites' 1983/84 kit, worn by the team four decades ago.
This design was chosen as the top-rated option among three concepts presented to supporters through the 'Pick Our Kits' survey in August 2022.
Created by Macron in collaboration with Bolton Wanderers' in-house staff, the kit is crafted entirely from Eco Fabric, a polyester material made from 100% recycled plastic. Each shirt incorporates the equivalent of 13 half-liter plastic bottles, contributing to sustainable practices.

Featuring the logo of the club's new Principal Partner, Victorian Plumbing, this modern interpretation of the '80s classic showcases a V-neck design with navy and white stripes replicated on the sleeve cuffs. The Club's embroidered crest proudly adorns the left side of the chest, while the Macron Hero logo sits on the right. The word 'Wanderers' is printed in navy on the nape of the neck, just above the logo of the new Back of Shirt sponsor, Arbworks. To pay homage to Bolton's rich history, a custom tape is integrated into the inside hem of the shirt, displaying the iconic phrase, 'The One and Only Wanderers'.
Completing the kit are navy shorts that continue the retro-inspired design of the original kit, with white stripes running down the sides.
