Blackpool FC looks to have lost its shirt sponsor. Floor My Home Limited has been announced as the new owner of Floors-2-Go which went into administration in July and whose name is emblazoned across the Seasiders kit.
But the new company has said it will not be taking on any of the football sponsorship commitments of its predecessor – including with Blackpool FC.

Michael Coleman, a director of Floor My Home Limited, told The Gazette: "We are going to trade all the Floors-2-Go stores, but we currently don't have any plans to sponsor any football teams.
"While I and the other members of the team are football supporters, at the end of the day we are a flooring retail company and our policy going forward is that we don't have any plans for any football sponsorship.
"We wish Blackpool Football Club well in the season and hopefully the sponsorship has been good for them in the past."
Jane Anderson-Dixon, commercial manager at Blackpool FC, said the club was waiting to hear from the new owner of Floors-2-Go and until then it could not comment on the situation.
The club is in its second season of having the Floors-2-Go logo on its shirts.
Seasiders' boss Simon Grayson opened Floors-2-Go's Blackpool outlet in August last year at the Woodman Centre in Vicarage Lane, Marton.
