Admiral 1983 Belgium Match Worn Home Shirt

Belgium 1983 player shirt by Admiral believed to have been match worn by De Wolf in the friendly match against Holland played at King Baudouin Stadium, Brussels on the 21st September 1983.

Belgium were wearing this superb Admiral design that debuted at the 1982 World Cup in Spain. But they went behind to their rivals when substitute Marco van Basten scored the opener just after the hour mark.

Voordeckers equalised for the De Rode Duivels though and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. De Wolf had made his international debut back in 1980 and went on to play at three World Cup Final's before retiring in '94 after 42 appearances. Belgium returned to Adidas kits for Euro 84 but Admiral had made quite an impression in their brief tenure with this revolutionary design.

Correct player size flock print professionally heat pressed, flock crest and Admiral logo is printed within the material, made from 70% polyester and 30% cotton in England, swapped with a Holland player and comes from their collection - a signed letter verifying this can be provided.
