Dennis Bergkamp was able to level matters before half-time though with Seedorf and Cocu on hand to wrap up a comfortable 3-1 for the Dutch who were playing their last game before heading off to Euro '96. Blind started the match and played the first half before being rested to allow Johan De Kock a run out. This classic Lotto shirt features a great image within the design of the team celebrating a goal against Ireland at the 1994 World Cup. The shirt made its debut in a friendly against China on the 29th May in Tilburg in a 2-0 victory which was backed up with this victory over Ireland six days later. The players wore the number that they had been assigned for Euro 96 in these games.
